Your adventure begins at 10.00am in the Forest Brasserie, where you'll have the opportunity to mingle with fellow walkers while indulging in a hot drink and delectable pastry to fuel your exploration.
At 10.30am, set off on your guided walk with Tom Forward, who will lead you through the forest, sharing insights into the local flora and fauna and teaching you the art of mushroom foraging. Discover the hidden treasures of the forest as you search for a variety of mushrooms.
After an invigorating morning, return to the Forest Brasserie at 12.30pm to indulge in a sumptuous 2 course Sunday lunch crafted from the finest local produce. But the adventure doesn't end there – select your own freshly foraged mushrooms from the grounds of Ashdown Park Hotel and watch as our talented chef incorporates them into the dishes for lunch, adding a unique and flavourful twist to your dining experience.
